Background:
Mr. Kimmey began practicing with the Atlanta firm of Northcutt & Edwards in 1974. In 1985, Mr. Kimmey formed the law firm of Germano & Kimmey. Mr. Germano retired in 2002. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Kimmey’s firm was known as Kimmey & Turk. Since 2007, the firm has operated under the name Kimmey & Associates, P.C.
